Financial modelling of a strategy (a two-day workshop)
The outcome of the training course will be the development of a financial model of one’s own enterprise and its analysis in terms of its sensitivity to changes which are introduced  (in costs, revenues, tax rates, capital structure), as well as with a view to  maximising its value for its owners. The financial model which has been developed is also a tool for simulating the results which the implementation of the strategy may bring. Prior to a training course, the participants are asked to prepare financial and market data which will then be used at the workshop.

The purpose of the training course is to remodel the offer of an enterprise so that it corresponds to the real needs of customers and it is also different from what the market offers. Prior to a training course, the participants are asked to prepare data on their own offer and the competitors’ offers which will then be used at the workshop.
The creation of winning business models (a two-day workshop)
The participants in  the workshop will become acquainted with the methods which will help them change the principles of the market play. We teach them how to create a vision and to draft an innovative business model. We show them how they can move beyond entrenched patterns. We will analyse the way in which newly developed models correspond to the competition environment. We will re-invent your business.
