The business model describes the manner in which an organisation creates value for customers and makes profits from this created value.
 
The business model consists of nine basic elements which correspond to the logic of the money earning process.
 
The analysis of the business model covers the area of customers, offer, infrastructure and finance.
 
Training in a form of a workshop:
  • teaches how one’s own business model can be drawn,
  • presents well-known schematic diagrams of business models which have been successful (Apple, Google, …),
  • shows how it is possible to apply the diagrams we have become acquainted with in our own business,
  • shows how the solutions worked out can be evaluated,
  • makes it possible to earn money in a different way than that of competitors.
 
The business model which has been developed is a sort of a strategy sketch.
