Financial modelling of a strategy (a two-day workshop)
The outcome of the training course will be the development of a financial model of one’s own enterprise and its analysis in terms of its sensitivity to changes which are introduced  (in costs, revenues, tax rates, capital structure), as well as with a view to  maximising its value for its owners. The financial model which has been developed is also a tool for simulating the results which the implementation of the strategy may bring. Prior to a training course, the participants are asked to prepare financial and market data which will then be used at the workshop.

The purpose of the training course is to remodel the offer of an enterprise so that it corresponds to the real needs of customers and it is also different from what the market offers.
