Optimizing the schedule consists of arranging routes of each sales representative for every day of the week or longer period of time on the basis of minimizing the costs of traveling to assigned contractors, along with the fulfillment of the boundary conditions - frequency, time windows, etc.
Below are data categories supplying the algorithms:
  • a list of customers assigned to the representative (on the basis of strategic planning),
  • counterparty data:
    • the frequency of visits,
    • time windows,
    • the duration of visits.
Optimization results are presented on the map as a route for each day of the week with a possibility to save such schedule after approval from the supervisor or planner. 
The operator has an ability to manually review the routes and make modifications (change the order of the route, remove contractors from the route and add new ones).
